CREW BADGE

Our Crew badge is based on the Crew logo which has been redesigned in 2016. Orca or killer whale was selected to be the symbol of this Crew since 2003 while still operating in Johore Bahru. Orca is also known as "sea wolf" which ironically similar to the importance of wolf in Scouting Movement. 

Orca is actually the biggest in dolphin family and its brain is five times larger than a humans. They are very social, intelligent and curious. Killer whales have very organized and complex social structures, and divide themselves in pods, which operate as human families do. They protect their young, ill and injured within their pods.

These are the qualities that we hope can be the attributes of this Crew, where we do rovering HAPPILY and CURIOUSLY, protect each other as a FAMILY and being PROACTIVE to organize high-quality programs and activities. Hopefully, this Crew will always be a safe haven for youths who want to create a better world via Sea Rovering and Sea Scouting. 

CREW SCARF

Our Crew scarf has a sea blue base with six stripes, three on each sides. Sea blue base symbolized our focus on seamanship, water activities and marine conservation. Red, blue and gold stripes on the right-half of the scarf symbolize Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur as our home. White, black and gold stripes on the left-arm of the scarf symbolize Orca (killer whale) as our main mascot and our mission and vision to create the golden age of Malaysian Sea Scouting. Sewed on the peak of the scarf is our Crew badge. The scarf is only to be worn during Crew internal event and program.

CREW T-SHIRT

Our Crew t-shirt comes with short and long sleeves. Main base color is navy blue with royal blue sleeves. "Sea Scouts" is printed on the right sleeve. "KL Charlie Rovers" and "Pioneering the waves of change" are displayed on the back. Crew logo is stitched on the right chest and Malaysian Sea Scouts logo on the left chest. The t-shirt can be used as Crew representation during outdoor activities and whenever formality is not a priority.
